INSA Lyon - Conference venue

This 10th edition of the conference will take place at the INSA Lyon, on the LyonTech la Doua EcoCampus in Villeurbanne - France, from 1-5 July, 2019.
Address: INSA Lyon, Campus LyonTech La Doua,Pierre de Fermat building, Allée Lumière, 69100 Villeurbanne, Tramway stop "Croix Luizet".

Be carreful: on Tuesday morning - the check-in (8:30) and the opening session (9:30) move to the Laspinasse Amphitheater, 23 Avenue Jean Capelle O, Tramway stop Gaston Berger.

Otherwise, the conference takes place on Pierre de Fermat building, at Allée Lumière, Tramway stop "Croix Luizet"

- Tuesday, from 12:30 and for all the congress

/!\ Warning : during Novatech conference, Lyon is welcoming the Fifa Women's World Cup games. We highly recommend you to anticipate the organization of your travel, especially your hotel booking.

How to come to the INSA Lyon

The INSA Lyon is easily accessible by public transport.
The conference site is situated opposite to the stop "Croix Luizet" of the Tramway T1.
- Go to Charpennes (Metro line "A" or "B") station;
- Take the tramway T1 towards IUT Feyssine; stop at “Croix Luizet”.

The Vélo’V (self-service bicycles) docking station «IUT/Feyssine» is at 200 m.
The car park “P9”, rue des Sciences, is located nearby.

By plane

By train
Please be aware that there are two SNCF railway stations in Lyon: Part-Dieu Station and Perrache Station in the city centre, to choose according to your hotel location. A third TGV (high speed train) station is at the Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport.

By car
There are many free parking spots at the INSA Lyon.
>> Follow Paris or Lyon Centre direction to reach the North beltway 'Périphérique Nord'; follow 'Villeurbanne' and leave at Porte de Croix Luizet (exit #6); follow 'Domaine Scientifique de la Doua', then INSA (car park 'P9', rue des sciences).
