The selection and distribution into oral and poster presentations will also take into account the consistency of the sessions and the time available. Authors may submit more than one proposal but will be allowed to make only one oral presentation. The paper length is not a criteria for selection.

Only extended abstracts presented at the conference, oral presentations and posters, will be published in the proceedings. They will be published in electronic version and made available on the Web a few days before the conference. Participants will receive a printed version of the abstracts compendium at the conference.
Each day during the conference, the best poster will be awarded.
If you are presenting a case study, it is possible to apply for the Novatech Awards. Winners will benefit from a strong communication within technical press partnerships.
